HEAD CHEF

Job Summary –

-          Head Chef to lead the management and operation of the Groups 4 outlets in accordance with the high standards imposed including food preparation, quality and consistency, food cost control, food safety management, administration, staffing and staff culture/development.

-          Work with the General Manager to establish execution of all concepts, menus, promotions, and special events.

-          Ensure adherence to established standards, policies and procedures, and local safety and hygiene codes.

-          Assist in identifying and developing talents within the team and develop staff abilities through formal training plans.

-          Oversee total quality control and authenticity of the product.

-          Establish and maintain strong relationships with the front house staff, Management, and other Group Outlet staff to enable maximum productivity and efficiency.

-          Salary starting from 35K +

Qualifications –

-          Minimum 6 years experience in the culinary field.

-          Strong Western restaurant experience within Hong Kong, International Western/British experience a big plus.

-          Ability to successfully coordinate and manage big operations/volumes.

-          Ability to analyze and assess quality levels of production, presentation, and total quality control of all kitchen products.

-          Confident, competent, committed personality.

-          Excellent communication skills – strong English is mandatory.

-          Excellent organizing and administrative skills.

-          Passion for the food and beverage industry, determined drive for customer satisfaction and developing a successful product.
